Nothing significant has changed over the past few days. We still need rain! The majority of the small streams are getting very, very low. The bigger rivers are low as well, however they are still a little more fishermen friendly. Having said that, the temps are starting to get a little on the warm side by noon. It wouldn’t be a bad plan to get out there early and fish til 10 or 11. We’re seeing more activity on the surface and finally catching fish on top on the bigger rivers with consistency. We have some rain coming in over the next few days and hopefully it will last more than 10 minutes. Everything could use a good soaking.
