Nothing much has changed from our last report, warm dry weather is still a problem, we did get some sporadic showers tuesday evening and some streams did puff up but nothing too significant. The Lamoille is definitely in better shape as it cooled down some and did come up a bit in flows which was much needed. in the next five days saturday is the only day that looks like we will get rain, let’s just hope that it’s a lot… The forecast is still looking a little warm, 80’s the next two days then it is going to drop down into the 70’s although at night it should be getting down into the 40s which will make a huge difference. As far as hatches go, we’re still seeing Iso and BWOs hatching in the evenings along with some midge activity. It’s time to start thinking about tying up some streamer patterns for LLS that we should start seeing in the next several weeks, usually by the end of September the LLS is great and there are plenty of fish around to be caught.
